Mailing Kit Services
If you prefer to take control of the mail timing of your Financial Matters® newsletter and to insert additional materials, then kit services are for you. We send you the personalized 6" x 9" envelopes with your newsletters already folded and inserted. You can insert your materials, label and mail out the envelopes.
With kitting services, you save the time and effort of having to fold and insert the newsletter yourself. Also, we print just the number of envelopes you need so there is no worry about storage or inventory.
Mailing Kit Services include:
- A personalized 6" x 9" envelope for each customer.
- Folding and inserting of the newsletter.
- Unsealed envelopes to allow for additional inserts.
- The Allstate/Financial Matters® logos in the bottom, left corner.
- Bulk shipping directly to you by UPS.
When you receive your mailing kit, simply attach your customer label to the envelope, insert any additional material you wish, apply a postage stamp, seal the envelope and mail it.
To qualify for Mailing Kit Services:
- Subscribe to Financial Matters® newsletter. Click here for an order form or call 800.243.5334 to subscribe.
- Order a minimum of 100 newsletters per issue.
Additional Services:
Folding
Bulk-shipped Financial Matters® newsletters are left unfolded. This is ideal for waiting areas and displays. If you prefer, we can pre-fold them for you — making it easier to insert them into envelopes. A set-up fee applies to each issue for folding services.
Newsletters can be folded:
- In half, to fit into a 6" x 9" envelope
- Twice — to fit into a standard business (COM-10) envelope
Envelopes
If you would like additional envelopes to mail out your newsletter, we can provide you with:
- 9" x 12" envelopes — which allow you to mail your newsletter without folding.
- 6" x 9" envelopes — which require the newsletter to be folded in half.
